Install Problem on Windows Embedded

I'm trying to install SiteKiosk 7.2 on a Windows Embedded Standard (service pack 3) kiok that is running in evaluation mode. THe installer will go through to the point where it says it is extracting "sitekiosk.msi" and then just quits. Any ideas what I need to do?

Touch Screen problems

I recently upgraded my version 6 to 7 and added the plus bundle for touchscreen purposes. I have some issues with first, the on screen keyboard lags when loading. Second, I need to turn off the annoying keyboard sounds, such as the pop up of the keyboard and the key clicks without disabling the volume on my kiosk altogether. The kiosk is running in Windows 7 64-bit with 64-bit site kiosk installed.

Thanks,
Tim

Skype minimising to system tray, delete files on login or logout

Hi there,

I'm trying to setup site kiosk with site cafe and use the software as a business kiosk with option to use OpenOffice, Skype, MSN Messenger, Firefox etc etc

I need some help setting up a couple of things

When using Skype as an extra app so that users can login and send sms etc, on closing it minimises to the system tray which is not shown on site kiosk.
Is there a way to either disable it from being able to go to system tray or show the system tray?

I've enabled File Manager and allowed users to access the My Documents folder, the problem is if someone saves something to here and logs out, the next person logging in can see these files
The only time I can setup a script to delete these is when the software is fully reopened.
Is it possible to setup scripts on login to site cafe or set it when logging out it logs out of the windows user profile and logs back in?

Thanks

magnage user using cable

Dear support team,

we bought SiteKiosk Payment Buddle, so it included SiteKiosk and HotSpot, it mean that we can manage installed SiteKiosk PC and wireless access guests. However, if the guest use internet using cable instead of wireless by personal latop, then how can we can manage the session time on this. Because we need the Walled Garden show up for all guest when connected and please give me some instruction about that.

Note: all SiteKiosk PC, guest wiless and cable laptop inside a network
