Insert users into SiteCafe 1.5 database

Hello

We need to integrate SiteCafe 1.5 with external application by automatically adding new user accounts to SiteCafe. We can connect to MSDE 2000 database without problems, but we can't store new user's passwords because they are hashed.

Is there a better way to add new user records with passwords? Does SiteCafe Manager 1.5 support COM automation like SiteKiosk Object Model, or can you provide us with the password hashing algorithm or dll?

Authorize.NET Transaction ID

I am using the CreditCard plugin to process card present transactions which works fine for the most part. The problem I'm having is that I can't get access to the transaction ID that Authorize.NET returns after a card present transaction is processed. I need to store this transaction ID so that I can refund the payment later if needed. I've tried looking at the log file and the Authorize.NET transaction id is not there and I've tried checking the ID value in both the OnTransactionBegin and OnTransactionComplete events but these are definitely not the transaction id returned by Authorize.NET. I've implemented the processing of card present transactions with Authorize.NET in the past and I am absolutely certain that they do in fact return a transaction id so my question is how can I get to it using the CreditCard plugin in SiteKiosk? Thanks for your help.

printing problem

Hi,

I'm testing sitekiosk and sitecafe

I'm having trouble on sitekiosk and sitecafe, I want to print on the same printer in black and white and in color, I've created two profile, one in black and white, the other in color. In windows they appears as two different printers.

In sitekiosk the two profile are ok, but it only print using the default profile in windows (in color for example), how can I do that? I do not want to use two printers!

Thanks for your help

SiteKiosk Crashing

Several of our machines have started to crash. After following your instructions I upgraded all of the machines with service packs, the latest version of IE and hot-fixes. There are 12 PC's with two different hardware setups 5 of which now crash regularly (~5 times between 9:30-17:30 each).

When they crash they usually revert to the "Unlock at front desk" message. However when browsing for the PC in SiteCafe it sometimes does not appear and SiteKiosk must be restarted before you can add time/credit from SiteCafe.

I have attached log-files and configurations for some of the PC's. This is unlikely to be a hardware issue as there are other PC's with identical hardware that have not crashed for weeks/months.

Please advise.
Thank you.
